PAXG is Paxos's gold token: each one stands for gold in a London vault. When gold comes in, Paxos mints PAXG; when it is redeemed, Paxos burns it. Open the ready-made rule and get an alert within seconds of confirmation.

The contract from the issuer's own docs, and the events the ready-made rules catch. Ordinary transfers never reach you.
New PAXG for gold coming into the reserve. The contract logs SupplyIncreased and a Transfer from the zero address.
PAXG burned when gold leaves the reserve. The contract logs SupplyDecreased and a Transfer to the zero address.
Any PAXG transfer of 250 or more, wherever it goes.
Each PAXG represents physical ownership of LBMA-accredited gold bars, and the supply is backed by gold held in professional vaults in London, under the custody of Paxos.

Paxos mints PAXG when a customer buys it from Paxos or converts gold into it, and burns it when a customer redeems it. Only one address, the supply controller, can do either, and the contract logs each one as an event anyone can read.
So a mint alert is gold entering the token, and a burn alert is gold leaving it, within seconds of confirmation.
Every PAXG mint logs SupplyIncreased and a Transfer from the zero address; every burn logs SupplyDecreased and a Transfer to it. The ready-made rule listens for the two Transfers, so ordinary transfers never reach you. Amounts are in PAXG, with the token's 18 decimals applied.
