0x3C44…93BC was blacklisted by Tether (USDT frozen)
Tether and Circle can freeze any address that holds their stablecoin, usually after a hack, a scam or a sanctions order. This free live feed posts every USDT and USDC freeze on Ethereum, every unfreeze and every destroyed balance, the moment it is confirmed.

Each post is one event from the token contract, with the amount and the transaction. The cards show the wording; the real posts are in the channel.

Example cards. Every real event is posted to the Telegram channel within seconds of confirmation.
One post per event, from the token contract itself. Ordinary transfers never reach the feed.
The address goes on the USDT blacklist and can no longer send its USDT.
The address comes off the blacklist and can move its USDT again.
The frozen balance is wiped and the USDT supply falls by that amount.
The address can no longer send or receive USDC.
The address can use USDC again.
The USDT contract on Ethereum keeps a list of addresses Tether has frozen. Tether adds an address with an AddedBlackList event; from then on the address cannot send its USDT. Tether can later remove it (RemovedBlackList) or destroy the frozen balance outright (DestroyedBlackFunds), which wipes the tokens and lowers the supply.
Tether freezes addresses linked to hacks, scams and sanctions, often at the request of law enforcement. The contract records that a freeze happened, never why.
Circle's USDC contract has its own blacklist, run by a blacklister address Circle controls. A Blacklisted event means the address can no longer send or receive USDC; UnBlacklisted lifts it. USDC has no destroy step: the balance stays frozen in place.
You don't need a third-party checker: the token contract answers the question itself, for free, on Etherscan.
A freeze is one of the few public signs that an issuer has acted on a hack, a scam or a sanctions case.
The feed posts everything. Open the ready-made rule: the address, the events and the conditions are filled in. Add a minimum amount if you like, click Create, and only what matters to you reaches your Telegram.
Our worker reads only these contracts and these events, nothing else.
Within seconds of confirmation it posts the event to the public channel.
Every post links to the transaction, so you can check it yourself.
Every post comes from the token contract's own event on Ethereum mainnet, read within seconds of confirmation, with a link to the transaction on Etherscan. The contracts are TetherToken for USDT (0xdac17f958d2ee523a2206206994597c13d831ec7) and Circle's USDC proxy (0xa0b86991c6218b36c1d19d4a2e9eb0ce3606eb48).
On Etherscan, open the USDT contract, go to Read Contract and query isBlackListed with your address: true means frozen. For USDC, use Read as Proxy on the USDC contract and query isBlacklisted. Both answers cover Ethereum only.
Yes. Set the same rule for yourself from the template on this page and add a condition, such as a minimum amount or one address. The free Beta plan covers one contract and needs no card. Add a condition on the address and you get one alert if it is ever frozen or unfrozen.
Yes, if Tether removes the address from the blacklist (a RemovedBlackList event, posted to the feed). If Tether destroys the frozen balance instead (DestroyedBlackFunds), those tokens are gone from that address.
No. It means the issuer froze it. The feed states the event, not the reason.
Ethereum mainnet only. USDT and USDC also live on other chains (Tron, Solana and more), and each chain has its own contract, supply and blacklist. These feeds do not cover them.
The Beta plan is free: one wallet and one contract, no credit card.
