Safe Multisig Alerts
A Safe runs a transaction when someone, usually one of its signers, calls execTransaction on it with enough signatures. Safe multisig alerts are a function call rule on that method: every executed transaction sends a Telegram message naming the caller, with the decoded arguments (the destination, the value, the call data) underneath and a link to the transaction. Send it to the signers' group and everyone sees what the Safe did, not only the person who pressed execute.

Frequently asked questions
Do I get an alert when a transaction is proposed or signed?
No. Proposals and most signatures are collected off-chain in the Safe app, so nothing happens on-chain until the transaction is executed. The alert arrives once the execution is confirmed.
What if the transaction is executed by a relayer or another contract?
Then it isn't a direct call, and method rules only see direct calls; calls through other contracts are coming with Premium. The Safe still emits an ExecutionSuccess event: paste that event's signature in an event rule to catch every execution.
Does it work with multisigs other than Safe?
Yes, if signers call the multisig directly. Paste the signature of its execute method; conditions can name that method's parameters.
Can I see which tokens left the Safe?
The alert shows the call's arguments, not the transfers it caused. Add a Treasury outflows rule on the same address to get each transfer in plain words, with amounts in the asset's own units.
