Treasury Wallet Alerts

Treasury alerts put a team's funds in front of the whole team. Paste the treasury address, a team wallet or the Safe that holds the funds, and every outgoing transfer arrives in Telegram: ETH (including ETH sent through contract calls), ERC-20 tokens and NFTs. Add a minimum per asset to skip small payments, and list the counterparties you pay every month to hear only about transfers to anyone else. An outflow reads like this: "Sent 12.5 ETH to 0x9f2c…9a71", named after the rule and linked to the transaction.

How it works

How to set it up

  1. 01

Sign in with your wallet or Google and link Telegram: the team's group chat works, so everyone sees the same alert.

  2. 02

Open the Treasury outflows template: it starts with one rule on outgoing transfers.

  3. 03

Paste the treasury address. A Safe or another multisig is watched like any wallet, by its address.

  4. 04

Optionally add a minimum for one asset, such as 50,000 USDC, and a counterparty condition (not with your payroll and vendor addresses).

  5. 05

Save. Each outgoing transfer that matches arrives within seconds of confirmation.

What you can configure

  • Treasury wallet or Safe address
  • Outgoing (or both directions)
  • Amount threshold per asset
  • Counterparty allow-list
  • Team group delivery

Ways people use it

Oversight for a DAO treasury
Every payment out of the treasury lands in the contributors' group, not only in a monthly report.
Catch unknown counterparties
Keep your known payees in a "not with" list and hear only when funds go somewhere new.
Large outflows only
One rule per asset with its own minimum: 100 ETH on one, 250,000 USDC on another.
Watch both directions
Switch the direction to both to see grants and revenue arriving as well as payments leaving.
Pair with the Safe itself
Add a multisig rule on the Safe to see who executed each transaction, next to the transfers it made.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work on a Safe multisig treasury?

Yes. A wallet rule watches any address, and a Safe is one: ETH it sends through its own contract call shows up as an internal transfer, and tokens and NFTs as ordinary transfers. To see who executed each Safe transaction, add a Safe multisig alert on the same address.

Can I set different thresholds for ETH and stablecoins?

Yes, with one rule per asset. A minimum applies to one asset (or to ETH on its own) in that asset's units, such as 100 ETH or 250,000 USDC. Thresholds are not in USD; USD values are coming with Premium.

How does the counterparty allow-list work?

Add a counterparty condition with the addresses you expect, set to "not with". Transfers to those addresses stay quiet, and a transfer to any other address sends an alert. "With" does the opposite and keeps only the listed counterparties.

Can an alert stop a transfer?

No. Alerts arrive after the transaction is confirmed, so they tell you fast but can't block or reverse it. Alerts on Chain is read-only: it never asks for a key and never signs anything.
